Harlyn home learning

I hope you are all well Harlyn and enjoying the sunshine.
If the weather does turn and you want to get creative see the link below. There is something for you and siblings.
Stay safe- Missing all your wonderful personalities!
Start of Summer Term
Hello Harlyn-I am missing you! I'm sure the feeling is mutual...
Please ensure you are doing some daily reading and times tables practise..
I have put up some maths lessons- should look familiar- for you to do on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. As you cannot copy have a go at the level you normally do and complete straight in your books, this may mean drawing a grid (WITH A RULER).
On Friday follow the link to the fractions, decimals, and percentages game and do some arthmetic practise.
For English, over this week, there is a performance poetry project for you to have a go at; based on isolation (our imprisonment).
There is some Science, Art and Topic work to get your teeth into.
Remember Joe Wicks is on every day so there is daily PE.
I hope you and your families are all well!
Take Care
Miss J X
The maths calculation policy is on the website under Curriculum, however I have also included it on the home learning page for those who wish to support the children with the calculation methods we use in school. The document will show you how we build up the skills across the year groups.
If you have any issues or concerns please contact me. I will check emails daily and get back to anyone as soon as possible.
Kind Regards
Miss Johnston
