Cross-Country race Great Trethew 19th October 2018

The first cross-country race of the season took place on Friday 19th October 2018 at the scenic route of Great Trethew. Team Pensilva raced in style in their new running vests which have kindly been supplied by Sam and Nicola Wilkinson.


Our Year 3 and 4 girls; Charlotte Hogan and Paige Higley and Charlotte Hogan did an impressive  job in their first ever race, coming in at 77th and 81st place.


A full and energetic team of Year 3 and 4 boys put in a solid performance with Dylan Hollyman in 13th place; Benjamin Rogers 33rd; Finley Wilkinson 44th; William Hicks 63rd; Oliver Evans 69th and Evan Oxenham 70th.


The Year 5 and 5 girls didn’t disappoint with their impressive effort, which saw Macy Wilson finishing in 13th place; Kylie Rushton in 44th; Bryony Page in 80th and Polly Gilbert in 104th.


Last but no least, to finish off a great day were our super Year 5 and 6 boys, with Alex Rogers finishing in 60th place; Curtis Pringle 62nd; Henry Timms 79th and Duncan Dyas 82nd.
