Welcome to Buzzards Class!
Hello, my name is Mrs Sissons and I am Buzzards class teacher!
Our teaching assistants are Miss Tubby and Mrs Olver.
This half term we plan to be exploring the following elements and subjects:
Science: Evolution and Inheritance
R.E.: Why is the Torah so important to Jewish people?
P.E.:
Design Technology: Waistcoats - sewing
Geography:
Music: Composition & Notation
Computing: Microbits/Computing systems and networks: Search engines
PSHE (Jigsaw)/RSE: Relationships
MFL: Pets
In English, we are reading and writing balanced argument/discursive texts.
In maths, we are further developing our understanding of angels, shapes and co-ordinates.
Homework books will be given out each Friday and the tasks need to be completed and handed in by the following Tuesday. Please see the guidance in the front cover of the homework book. Individual words to read, write and spell are on the first page of the homework book. Key facts to learn and revisit are included in the back of the homework book, Each week additional homework information is included on our class page below.
